Cancellation Policy

At Edmonds Taxi, we understand that travel plans can change. To help us manage our drivers’ schedules and serve all passengers efficiently, we ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking.

Cancellation Windows and Fees

To receive a full refund and avoid any fees, you must cancel your ride within the designated timeframe:

• 24-Hour Notice Required: All cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.

• Late Cancellations: Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time are subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full fare of the ride.

• No-Shows: If you do not show up at your scheduled pickup location and our driver is unable to reach you, the ride will be marked as a No-Show and will be charged the full fare of the booking.

How to Cancel Your Booking

To cancel your scheduled taxi service, please contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel your ride by calling our dispatch line directly or by managing your reservation online if you booked through our website.

Flight Delays

If you have booked an airport pickup and your flight is delayed, you do not need to worry about late cancellation fees. We track incoming flights automatically and will adjust your pickup time to match your new arrival time at no extra charge.
